ACCEPTED PAYMENT TERMS
Here at Ask Saurabh Verma, we are accepting UPI payments done on our website or through the UPI payments link received by you over the phone. We also accept direct bank transfers, the credentials of which can be shared with you over the phone.
It is crucial that you are clear about the services and the package you are buying.
PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Website Development
You must pay 50 percent of the order amount in advance before you can avail any of our services.
50 percent advance is not accepted in case the total order value is less than ₹10,000.
If the total order value of your cart is below ₹ 5,000, then the entire amount of the cart has to be paid in advance.
Rest of the Services
All the rest of the services including, SEO services, Social Media Optimization Services, Social Media Marketing Services, Logo Designing, Graphic Designing, PPC Ads for Google, and Editing Services are not eligible for any partial payment process.
Payment must be made in advance in order to avail of any of the above-mentioned services.
INVOICING
Once the order is received and we receive the payment confirmation from our banks, a sales order gets created and it will be sent to your email address.
The sales order will have the description of the item purchased, the date, billing address, service description, and the amount paid. It will also include the date of delivery of the product.
Upon actual delivery of the purchased service, you will get an invoice through email.
The hard copy of the bills can also be generated upon the request of the customer.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Services like Website Development come with a cost that can not be refunded. For example, if we have already purchased a domain on behalf of the customer, then this amount cannot be refunded. The purchased domain comes with a validity of 1 Year from the date of purchase.
We have been designing websites since 2015, and since then our customer retention rate is 100%.
We believe in delivering full satisfaction to our customers. We provide full control to the customers without holding any information or credentials.
We do not offer any refunds.
However, in case of order cancellation, we deduct 15% of the order amount and the balance gets refunded.
